rinkle currently ships within canada and the united states.
we offer free shipping on orders over $50 cad before taxes and after discounts. for orders under $50 cad, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info by email so you can keep an eye on your patches as they travel to you.
US orders, duties & tariffs
because we are a Canadian-based business, all US orders are subject to duties, tariffs (& these are really, really high now!), taxes, or import fees depending on current customs rules, the order value, and the product classification.
where available, duties and tariffs are included in the shipping option shown. if they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier before or upon delivery.
customs rules and tariff rates are set by government authorities and are outside of RINKLE’s control. we do our best to make shipping as smooth as possible, but cross-border shipping can come with extra fees, delays, or customs processing. sorry for the hassle!
lost or stolen packages
please note that once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands. rinkle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mysteriously vanish after delivery.
